Physical activity can improve your physical and mental health, cognitive function, and overall well-being.

Just 20–30 minutes a day keeps you strong and healthy.

Try to get 20–30 minutes of exercise most days (at least 3 times a week). Can’t fit it all at once? Do a few 10-minute bursts throughout the day — it still counts!

Yoga is Great Too!

Gentle stretching, yoga, or even chair exercises are excellent ways to stay active — especially if tougher workouts aren’t right for you.
