Try to get 20–30 minutes of exercise most days (at least 3 times a week). Can’t fit it all at once? Do a few 10-minute bursts throughout the day — it still counts!
Gentle stretching, yoga, or even chair exercises are excellent ways to stay active — especially if tougher workouts aren’t right for you.
You don’t need to work out super hard every day. Even 20–30 minutes of moderate activity, a few days a week, makes a big difference for your kidneys and overall health.
